Seven Years of Living Proof as an Unconverntional Trainer 

Between 2019 and 2026 Michelle had seven years of hands-on experience helping jobseekers navigate a challenging New Zealand employment landscape, Michelle MacWilliam brought a unique and powerful depth of expertise to everything we do at SalesTraining.nz.

As Programme Designer and Lead Facilitator for a company contracted by the New Zealand Government to deliver the Skills for Industry programme, Michelle created, led and pivoted a curriculum purpose-built to equip individuals with the tools, confidence, and clarity they needed to enter — and thrive in — the workforce. Her work reached people of all ages, backgrounds, experience levels, ethnicities, and educational histories. At the heart of that programme was one core skill: teaching individuals how to confidently present their value and effectively "sell" themselves to prospective employers.
